Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant

Recognises an antigen of 90kD expressed on all vascular endothelial cells in the rat with the exception of those in the brain. The antibody also recognises resident and activated peritoneal macrophages a subset of alveolar macrophages and erythrocytes.
