Human PD-L1/B7-H1 Pre-Coated ELISA Kit

Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) is a typ1 transmembrane glycoprotein also known as CD274 and was first characterized as an immune regulatory molecule, B7-H1. The PD-1 receptor is found on activated B cells, T cells, and myeloid cells and modulates activation and inhibition. The binding of PD-L1 to the PD-1 receptor on T cells delivers a signal that inhibits the TCR-mediated activation of IL-2 production and T cell proliferation. Research has determined that the upregulation of PD-L1 may allow cancers to evade the host immune system.
