Histo-Cool Paraffin Block Cooling System, Large, Blue, for 30 Blocks

The Histo-Cool was designed to help keep ice frozen throughout the day thus minimizing the need for histology personnel having to go to the freezer and hope there are spare ice trays available. The double wall design allows Freezer gel in sides and bottom keep ice frozen longer than traditional chilling methods. When kept in freezer overnight, the Histo-Cool stays frozen 6-8 hours on benchtop. The Histo-Cool is stackable and easy to store. Place the lid on top of the Histo-Cool when going on break or going to lunch to further ensure longevity of ice. So it is designed for as much convenience as it is function. Top lid Has room for labeling. Available in two sizes, Red which holds 20 blocks and Blue which holds 30 blocks.
