Product Description	West Nile Virus (WNV) is a mosquito-borne, enveloped, positive-stranded RNA flavivirus1. Flavivirus nonstructural protein NS1 has been proposed as an antibody targetto avoid antibody-dependent enhancement 2. NS1 is a 46-55 kDa glycoprotein that is expressed as a dimer on the cell surface and as a soluble hexamer in the extracellularspace and in circulation during infection. WNV NS1 dimer consists of a ß-roll, wing, and ß-ladder.
