Description	DYNLL1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 109 amino acids (1-89a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 12.5kDa. The DYNLL1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Storage/Stability	Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
Purity	Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Form	The DYNLL1 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) 0.2M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
Protein Background	DYNLL1 is a protein that cooperates with NOS1 causing NOS1 inhibition. Binding of DYNLL1 weakens NOS1 (Neuronal nitric oxide synthase) dimer, a conformation needed for activity, and it regulates several biologic processes through its effects on nitric oxide synthase activity. DYNLL1 is a ubiquitously expressed protein that demonstrates high expression in testis and moderate expression in brain.
