Description	This peptide from the Spike (S) protein of SARS-CoV is a naturally processed epitope shown to induce specific CTLs. The peptide epitope was validated in binding assay to HLA-A2 of T2 cell line. It also induced specific CD8+ T-cell responses against SARS-CoV. This peptide sequence is also seen within the spike glycoprotein of SARS-CoV2.
