Supplied as a liquid in 25mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100mM sodium chloride, 0.05% Tween 20, 3mM DTT, 10% glycerol.

ITK is an intracellular tyrosine kinase expressed in T-cells. The protein contains both SH2 and SH3 domains which are often found in intracellular kinases. It is thought to play a role in T-cell proliferation and differentiation.

Storage and Stability:
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
