Supplied as a liquid in 25mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100mM sodium chloride, 0.05% Tween 20, 3mM DTT, 30% glycerol.

Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested..

Assay Conditions:
Enzyme reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 50mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 10mM magnesium chloride, 1mM EGTA, 200uM ATP, 0.01% Brij-35 and 2uM substrate (SER/THR 7) at RT for 1 hour.

Storage and Stability:
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
