Human PI3K (p120 gamma) (GenBank Accession No. AF327656), full length with N-terminal His tag, expressed in an Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system (MW:~131kD).

Reaction:
A 50ul kinase reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 40mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 20mM MgCl2, 100uM ATP, 200uM L-alpha-phosphatidylinositol/ L-alpha-phosphatidylserine (PI/PS), and 20-200ng enzyme for 15 min at 30°C. ATP reduction is detected using ADP-Glo™ Kinase Assay Platform (Promega Corporation).

Application:
Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.

Storage and Stability:
Store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
