Description	Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid votex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose), and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles.
Background	Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 2 (LILRB2) is also known as CD85 antigen-like family member D (CD85d), Immunoglobulin-like transcript 4 (ILT-4), Monocyte / macrophage immunoglobulin-like receptor 10 (MIR-10), which is a member of the the subfamily B class of LIR receptors.Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for the ILT4 gene. ILT4 is expressed on immune cells where it binds to MHC class I molecules on antigen-presenting cells and transduces a negative signal that inhibits stimulation of an immune response. It is thought to control inflammatory responses and cytotoxicity to help focus the immune response and limit autoreactivity.

Protein Bio Activity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human LILRB2 Protein at 1μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind LILRB2 Rabbit pAb with a linear range of 0.03-6.78 ng/mL.
