Description	Leptin Binding Domain Chicken Recombinant also called Leptin Receptor produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 208 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24.5 kDa. Chicken Leptin Receptor consists of the cytokine binding domain of leptin receptor amino acids 420-626 of chicken leptin receptor. The Leptin Binding Domain is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance	Sterile Filtered colorless solution at a concentration of 0.4 mg/ml.
Formulation	The protein was filter sterilized and stored at 4C (0.2 to 0.5 mg/ml) solution of Tris-HCl buffer, pH 9.0 with 150mM NaCl.
Purity	Greater than 99.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by SEC-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Usage	ProSpec's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
