Introduction	Energy Homeostasis Associated (ENHO) participates in glucose homeostasis maintenance and lipid metabolism. ENHO is expressed in the liver and the brain. The role of ENHO in obesity or diabetes is studied.
Description	ENHO Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain (a.a 34-76) containing 121 amino acids including extra 78 N-terminal amino acids. The total molecular mass is 13.05kDa (calculated).
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance	Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Formulation	ENHO filtered (0.4 um) and lyophilized from 0.5mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline.
Purity	Purity as determined by densitometric image analysis is greater than 90%.

Storage	Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4C for a limited period of time, it does not show any change after two weeks at 4C.
