Introduction	C1QTNF7 is a collagen type-IV specific for basement membranes.
Description	C1QTNF7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a signle, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 283 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 30.2 kDa. The protein contains an extra 10 amino acid His tag at N-terminus. The C1QTNF7 amino acid sequence is identical to UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot entry Q9BXJ2 amino acids 17-289. The C1QTNF7 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Formulation	Human C1QTNF7 was lyophilized from 30mM Acetate Buffer pH-4.
Purity	Greater than 95% as determined by SDS PAGE.

Storage	Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4C for a limited period of time, it does not show any change after two weeks at 4C.
