IHC-Tek AEC Peroxidase Substrate Kit - 120 ml

The IHC-Tek AEC Peroxidase Substrate Kit contains all of the reagents necessary to prepare a working solution for immunohistochemical staining of tissue sections, cultured cells and whole mount samples. Simply mix 1 drop (50 ul) of AEC Chromogen with 1 ml of AEC Dilution Buffer to make AEC Working Solution. The AEC Working Solution can be easily adjusted by adding more or less AEC Chromogen to AEC Diluiton Buffer to meet specific requirement for different applications. This kit can make total of 120 ml AEC Working Solution. The AEC Substrate produces a red reaction product that is soluble in alcohol, so it must be mounted using aqueous mounting medium.
