Immunogen	MAP2a, b (Microtubule Associated Protein 2a, b)
Specificity	Recognizes MAP-2 protein (Mr 300kD) from bovine brain. Strongly crossreacts with MAP-2 from human, rat, mouse and chicken brains. Reacts with the high MW forms (2a & 2b) of MAP-2 but not with the low MW form (2c).
Description	Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen only): 1:250 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
