Human and bovine placental collagen type IV

Applications:
Suitable for use in Dot and Slot Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
*Dot and Slot Blot: 1:100-1:500
ELISA: 1:1000-1:4000
*Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10-1:40
Immunocytochemistry: 1:10-1:20
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

*Note: Harsh chemicals or procedures involving heat may denature collagen epitopes. We recommend avoiding such actions when using this antibody.

Positive Controls:
Kidney, muscle, tendon spleen tissue

Negative Control:
Neurons/glia

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
