Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 10mM sodium phosphate, 0.15M sodium chloride, pH 7.2 1% BSA (Protease/IgG free), 0.05% sodium azide. Labeled with DyLight®488. Reconstitute with 1.1ml sterile ddH2O.

Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Do not freeze. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at 4°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
