Purified recombinant fragment of human RON (aa210-320) expressed in E. coli.

RON (MST1R): macrophage stimulating 1 receptor (c-met-related tyrosine kinase). RON is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is translated as a single polypeptide and then proteolytically cleaved to yield a mature heterodimer consisting of an extracellular 35kD α chain disulfide-linked to a membrane-spanning 150kD β chain.

Applications:
Western Bloting: 1:500-1:2000.
ELISA: Suggested dilution 1:10000.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
