HNRNPCL1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 259-289 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human HNRNPCL1.

May play a role in nucleosome assembly by neutralizing basic proteins such as A and B core hnRNPs (By similarity).

ELISA: 1:1, 000
Western Blot: 1:100-500
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
