NEUROD6 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 30-59 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human NEUROD6.

NEUROD6 is a member of the NEUROD (NEUROD1; MIM 601724) family of basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factors (Guo et al., 2002 [PubMed 12357074]).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
