Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Labeled with Allophycocyanin (APC).

SPB4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 275-304 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human SPB4.

SPB4 may act as a protease inhibitor to modulate the host immune response against tumor cells.

Applications:
Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other potential application, though not tested is Direct Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
