TBPL2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 19-47 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human TBPL2.

TBPL2 is a transcription factor required in complex with TAF3 for the differentiation of myoblasts into myocytes. The complex replaces TFIID at specific promoters at an early stage in the differentiation process (By similarity).

Western Blot: 1:100-500
Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
