Full length recombinant corresponding to aa1-323 from human ANXA3 (AAH00871) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.

ANXA3 is a member of the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. This protein functions in the inhibition of phopholipase A2 and cleavage of inositol 1, 2-cyclic phosphate to form inositol 1-phosphate. This protein may also play a role in anti-coagulation.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
