Synthetic peptide corresponding to TRPM7 from human CHAK1 at N-Terminal conjugated to KLH.

Channel kinase 1 is an Alpha-kinase with a novel catalytic domain that is fused to a calcium-permeant ion channel. The kinase domain of TRPM7 directly associates with the C2 domain of phospholipase C.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1000
Western Blot: 1:100-1:500
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
