Supplied as a liquid in 50mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 500mM potassium chloride, 150mM sodium chloride, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% sodium azide and 15% glycerol. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE).

Human carcinoembryonic antigen

Human CD66e is a heavily glycosylated GPI anchored protein capable of heterophilic and homophilic adhesion and may play a role in metastasis of cancer cells. Soluble CD66e is also known as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
