Recombinant human MUC18 (D1-D5) Fc protein.

CD146 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed by all endothelial cells and by melanoma cells. CD146 appears to act as an adhesion molecule. Expression in melanoma may be linked to tumor progression.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunofluoresence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50. Use 10ul of dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
