Supplied as a liquid in 50mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 100mM potassium chloride, 150mM sodium chloride, 0.5mg/ml Gentamicin.

Human T cell line Molt 13

Human CD147 is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed more intensely on thymocytes than on mature peripheral blood T cells.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml labels 5x10e5 cultured human Raji cells.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Flow Cytometry Protocol:
1. 5x10e5 cultured human Raji cells were washed and incubated for 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2548-80T at 10ug/ml.
2. Cells were washed twice and incubated with IgG (FITC) goat x mouse.
3. Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS.
4. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.81 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1 negative control at a similar concentration.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
