Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS. Reconstitute with 234ul sterile dH2O and 166ul sterile PBS.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa22-38 of human Endothelin-1, Big.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:800 (1.85ug/ml)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O/PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
