Synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Tyr766 of human IL3R (KLH).

IL3R (also known as CSF2RB) is a common beta chain of the high affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5 and GM-CSF. Defective IL3R has been reported to be associated with protein alveolar proteinosis (PAP). PAP is an autosomal recessive fatal respiratory disease.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1, 000
Western Blot: 1:100-1:500
Dot Blot: 1:500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
