Specificity	Recognizes recombinant Thrombopoietin (human) and the reactivity of TPO (14-29) is ca.80%. Does not react to recombinant EPO (human), ACTH (1-39), Calcitonin (human), Insulin (human), Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (human), Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 (human) and Parathyroid hormone (human). By epitope mapping with synthetic peptides, it was found that this antibody binds to residues 14-29 of human TPO.
Description	Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
