Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 10mM sodium phosphate, 0.15M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 1% BSA (Protease and IgG free), 0.1% Kathon CG. Reconstitute with 1.1ml sterile ddH2O. Labaled with Horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:200-1:5000
Western Blot: 1:200-1:5000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
