Supplied as a liquid in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 150mM sodium chloride, 1mM magnesium chloride, 0.1mM zinc chloride, 50% glycerol, 10mg/ml BSA, 0.01% sodium azide.

A mixture of Cy3 and Cy5 conjugated KLH

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:500-2500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
