22aa peptide sequence mapping to the 1st extracellular domain of rat NET. The peptide shows no significant homology with other known proteins. Species Sequence Homology: Mouse - 100%; Human, bovine, monkey - 90%; Chicken - 85%.

Norepinephrine Transporter is a 617 amino acid long integral membrane protein belonging to the Sodium Neurotransmitter Symporter family.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:10, 000-1:100, 000; using 50-100ng immunogen peptide/well.
Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml (ECL)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
