Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease Free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Reconstitute in 500ul sterile ddH2O. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:20, 000-1:80, 000
Western Blot: 1:20, 000-1:80, 000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:20, 000-1:80, 000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
