Supplied in a buffer including Tris-HCl, sodium chloride, Triton X-100, glycerol and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.

Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein-Protein Interaction and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 10-20ug/lane
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Quality Control:
1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot. 2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.

Storage and Stability:
Store the protein lysate at -70°C for long term storage. Stable for 6 months after receipt. After the protein is thawed, store it at 4°C for continuous use. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
