Gel for affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-myoglobin monoclonal antibodies (several monoclonal antibodies specific to the N-, C-terminal and central parts of myoglobin molecule) with BrCN-activated Sepharose CL 4B.

Analysis:
According to ELISA testing Myoglobin free serum does not contain more than 0.1ng/ml of human myoglobin.

Applications:
Suitable for use for preparation of human myoglobin standards and calibrators. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt.
