Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 0.01M phosphate, 013M sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 500ul cold ddH2O. Allow 30min for complete dissolution. Some precipitate may occur, but will not affect the product.

Rabbit Thymus Extract forms precipitins with autoantibodies that bind Sm, nRNP, La/SS-B, Scl-70, and Jo-1 when tested by immunodiffusion.

Applications:
Suitable for use in immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
