Supplied as a suspension in 100mM sodium phosphate, 250mM Mannitol, 1mM PMSF, 10mM EDTA, pH 7.8.

Microsomal fraction of ram seminal vesicles.
Each vial should be sufficient for ~100 oxygraph assays

Applications:
Suitable for use as a source for isolation of several eicosanoid metabolizing enzymes. Useful for enzyme purification or by addition of inhibitors, as a crude source of specific enzyme activities. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
