Tissues were fixed in formalin after excision, and embedded in paraffin. The panel contains 5 to 7 different tissues on one slide. Tissue panels are 5μm in thickness, and mounted on positively charged glass slides. This product can be used for both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. It is an ideal product for rapid cellular localization of RNA and protein expression.

Quality Control:
1. Representative tissue slide fom each lot were selected to be stained with H&E to ensure the consistent image.
2. Representative tissue slide from each lot were selected to be immunostained by beta-actin monoclonal antibody. The images were consistent.
3. Representative tissue slide from each lot were selected to do in situ hybridization with beta-actin cDNA probe.

Storage and Stability:
Store at RT. Stable for 12 months
