Manufacturer - Applications	Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC-P (1:50-1:200), ELISA (1:10000-1:20000).

Background	The protein encoded by IL17C is a T cell-derived cytokine that shares the sequence similarity with IL17. This cytokine was reported to stimulate the release of tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin 1 beta from a monocytic cell line. The expression of this cytokine was found to be restricted to activated T cells. IL17C (Interleukin 17C) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with IL17C include Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis 1. Among its related pathways are IL-17 Family Signaling Pathways and Cytokine Signaling in Immune system.
