Background	CEP72 (Centrosomal Protein 72) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are Regulation of PLK1 Activity at G2/M Transition and Organelle biogenesis and maintenance. The product of CEP72 is a member of the leucine-rich-repeat (LRR) superfamily of proteins. The protein is localized to the centrosome, a non-membraneous organelle that functions as the major microtubule-organizing center in animal cells.
