Subculture:
Seed cells at approximately 6 x 10⁵ cells/ml; optimal split ratio 1:2 every 2-3 days; culture flask should be kept horizontal. Although the tumor tissue was experimentally exposed to EBV, neither EBV sequences nor EBV antigens were detectable in the established cell line. Culture at 5% CO₂; 37C
