AddexBio-formulated RPMI-1640 Medium(C0004-01) , or equivalent medium + 10% FBS
Subculture:
Remove medium, and rinse the monolayer with fresh 0.25% trypsin, 0.53 mM EDTA solution. Remove the trypsin, add fresh trypsin and let the culture sit at room temperature (or at 37C) until the cells detach (about 10 minutes). Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Split at 1:3 to 1:6. Culture at 5% CO2, 37C.

Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
