Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Supplied As: lyophilized powder of 50ug or 100ug IgG; Reconsititute IgG with 100ul or 200ul sterile DI Water and final product will be formulated as 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Aliquot and store at -20C. Minimize freezing and thawing.Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 to 128000.
Western Blot: Approx 45kDa band observed in Mouse Heart lysates and in Mouse and Rat Adrenal gland lysates (calculated MW of 42.6kDa according to Mouse NP_473429.2 and 47.1kDa according to Rat NP_001269253.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03ug/ml.
Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Skin shows membranous staining of basak kayer cells. Recommended concentration: 4-6ug/ml.
