Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 to 8000.
Western Blot: Approx. 75kDa band observed in Human Kidney, Muscle and Ovary lysates (calculated MW of 74.3kDa according to NP_055655.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
