Aliquot and store at -20C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 to 8000.
Western Blot: Approx. 70+75kDa bands observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysates (calculated MW of 68.7kDa according to NP_001169.3 and 64.1kDa according to NP_001025444.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml.
