PKM2 Human Recombinant is produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 62400 Dalton with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. The PKM2 is purified by standard chromatographic techniques.
Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: PKM2-His is supplied in 1x PBS and 50% glycerol. Greater than 95.0% as determined by:(a)Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b)Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
