Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized GH although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Biological Activity: The ED50 was determined by the proliferation assay of rat lymphoma NB2-11 cells and was found to be less than 0.1ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 1.0 x 107 IU/mg.
