Description	Leptin Human produced syntheticaly contains 35 amino acids (22-56 a.a.) having a molecular mass of 3950.6 Dalton. Amino Acid Sequence:Val-Pro-Ile-Gln-Lys-Val-Gln-Asp-Asp-Thr-Lys-Thr-Leu-Ile-Lys-Thr-Ile-Val-Thr-Arg-Ile-Asn-Asp-Ile-Ser-His-Thr-Gln-Ser-Val-Ser-Ser-Lys-Gln-Lys. Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized Leptin although stable at room temperature, should be stored desiccated below -20C. Reconstituted Leptin is best stored refrigerated at 4C. Formulation and Purity: The protein was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution with no additives. Greater than 95.0% as determined by RP-HPLC. Solubility: The lyophilized Leptin is very soluble in water and most aqueous buffers below and above the isoelectric point.
