The S100A7A Human Recombinant is manufactured with N-terminal fusion of 9 amino acids His Tag. The S100A7A His -Tagged Fusion Protein is a 12.3kDa protein containing 109 amino acid residues and 9 additional amino acid residues - His Tag (underlined).

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store lyophilized S100A7A Human recombinant at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted S100A7A can be stored at 4C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4C.
Formulation and Purity: Filtered and lyophilized from 0.5mg/ml in 20mM Tris buffer and 50mM NaCl pH-7.5. Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: Add pyrogen free water to a working concentration of 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
